Dan has been in the design engineering field for over 30 years. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin, and a LEED Accredited Professional. Dan has leadership, management and engineering experience with an extensive project management background on Institutional, Commercial, Correctional, and Energy related projects. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin Platteville, Dan's leadership and engineering expertise is based on nearly three decades of industry experience.

Robb has been in the design engineering field for 25 years as a mechanical engineer. He is a registered Professional Engineer in six states, and a LEED Accredited Professional. A longtime member of ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers), Robb served as an officer for many years. A graduate of Milwaukee School of Engineering, Robb has leadership, management and engineering experience with an extensive project management background on healthcare, justice, industrial, institutional and commercial projects.

Jim has been providing master plans, asset replacement studies, equipment survey reports and design of HVAC and air conditioning systems as a professional engineer for over 28 years. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin Platteville, Jim's focus on delivering project sustainability goals and value decision making through lifecycle performance analysis arms our clients with the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions.

Tim has been involved in energy studies and simulations, boiler system design, chiller system design, large piping and pumping system design and large air handling system design for both new buildings and retrofit of existing buildings for over 24 years. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin and Iowa, and a LEED Accredited Professional. A longtime member of ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers), Tim served as an officer for many years. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin Platteville, Tim manages multi-disciplined projects for clients, and communicates owner/client requirements to other disciplines to establish a project's needs. This includes working with and directing others during design and production of contract documents.

Mike has been in the design engineering field for almost 30 years. He is a registered Designer in Wisconsin and Lighting Certified with NCQLP. Mike has leadership, management, and design experience with an extensive background in Institutional, Commercial, Correctional, Industrial, Justice, Healthcare, Educational, and Energy related projects. Mike has extensive experience with power distribution, emergency power generation, lighting, lighting control, fire alarm, and other low voltage systems. In addition to systems design and specification, Mike has experience examining lighting adequacy and control, recognizing potential areas for energy savings; reviewing electrical distribution systems; determining conditions by visual inspection; determining expansion capabilities; coordinating with local utilities; and determining the adequacy of emergency power systems to include lighting, fire alarm, and emergency power generation.

James is an HVAC Project Engineer, with a focus on renovation or replacement of existing building HVAC systems, as well as building energy usage analysis and building simulation/modeling. He has served as an officer for the local Chapter of ASHRAE for several years. He has expertise in Energy Simulation for investment-grade audits, building performance evaluation, system selection, R.O.I. analysis, LEED compliance, building code compliance. He has building systems design expertise for new construction, renovation, and retrofit projects, building automation systems, and laboratory HVAC systems.

Michael is responsible for HVAC systems design for industrial applications including ductwork, chilled water, steam, and condensate systems. Additionally, as a staff engineer and project manager, he works closely with a multidiscipline design team throughout the entire life cycle of projects from planning stages, through the development of construction documents, and construction administration.

Nick is an HVAC project engineer, with a focus on the design and specifications of HVAC systems for commercial, educational, and industrial buildings. He has experience in cost estimates for new and renovated buildings, field coordination, alternative energy solutions, and LEED documentation.
